The website tropicana.aspect-radio.com hereinafter referred to as "3D Club Tropicana" or simply "Club" is a 3D social network owned and managed by AspectSoft (DIMITRIOS S. SFYRIS), based in Xanthi (P.O. Andreou Dimitriou 35-37, Xanthi, 67133), VAT number 122548016, email: info@aspectsoft.gr, and aims to entertain visitors, to facilicate the communication with each other, but also to present advertisements of businesses in a three-dimensional interactive environment, which involves music, digital movement and written or audio communication. Membership to the 3D Club Tropicana, either as visitor/user or advertised company is upon request.
AspectSoft, in order to ensure the quality of the 3D Club, reserves the right to remove any member who does not follow the rules of proper behavior.
No financial transactions are conducted at the 3D Club Tropicana. The Club provides direct access to the websites of the advertised companies/e-shops, the content of which Aspectsoft cannot interfere with, nor guarantee the accuracy of their webpages content. Therefore, AspectSoft bears absolutely no responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the information of the online stores to which the visitors are directed. The purpose of the Club is to spread the concept of interactive 3D Internet and virtual space technologies in general.
Advertised businesses are entitled upon request to a digital 3D space of up to 1000 square meters to develop their own 3D e-commerce environment (3D e-shop). They are free to put their own advertising material and the layout they want for their products and promotions. However, AspectSoft should consent to the content of these third-party digital in-world 3D e-shops. Any financial transactions between visitors and 3D e-shops will be conducted through the conventional electronic e-shops of the advertised companies, to which a bridge connector is provided.
AspectSoft makes every effort to ensure that the products featured are up-to-date in terms of prices, descriptions, features and photos, so that its visitors/users are as informed as possible. But the final say on the accuracy of their product information rests with the conventional e-shops from which the information originates and to which the Club visitors are referred to.
AspectSoft cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for lost profits or other damages to visitors or e-shop for AspectSoft services. Although every effort is made to ensure that the Club operates flawlessly, AspectSoft makes no express warranty that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, and that errors will be corrected.
Visitors/users must not be under the age of 18.
AspectSoft reserves the right to modify these terms of use, appropriately informing its visitors / users at the same time as well as this text of any change or addition to the terms. Continued use of the 3D Tropicana Club Service after any modification of its terms of service implies unconditional acceptance of the modifications.

All measures are taken to protect the personal data of visitors and businesses according to the provisions of the current legislation, the decisions of the authorities, and the present conditions. Member details are not shared with third parties.
